Pranic Energy Healing

Our environment is an energy system which is constantly shifting and moving as said by the laws of elemental physics. Human beings are also part of an open system of energy with a healthy body thriving through a clean, pure and continuous flow of balanced positive energy. When there is imbalance, for example, stress, pollution, with the environment around us a functioning energy system will be releasing this excessive energy out and cleanse the body off immediately. When the energy systems are blocked it keeps absorbing from the surroundings and causes problems. Proper posture and exercise initiate the healing energy flow in the body to relieve illness and stop the pain. The healing energies also stimulate the positive functioning of the immune system. The mind concentration exercises help in improvement of memory, activeness, alertness and the posture used for the same prevent neck shoulder, and back pain while preventing headaches and acting as stress busters.

Prana means breath or life-force and hence pranic healing deals with the elements of sun, air, and earth which sustain life and correct the imbalances in the field which are caused by stagnation of etheric matter. Treatment involves visualization and channeling of proper breathing techniques and thus harmonizing the energy frequencies. Pranic healing has been practiced in India for ages and is one of the most distilled form of energy healing techniques practiced around the world.

Pranic healing is done on the basis that the human body is composed of the physical body and the bioplasmic body. The invisible body is called bioplasmic body and it extends for several inches above the skin and is most often called aura. This aura is thick or thin depending upon the individual's characteristics and the color varies with the health of the person. Nowadays its highly possible to view the various aura colors with the help of kirlian photography .The body plasma is the fourth state of matter with solid, liquid and gas being the first three. This body consists of chakras which are actually whirling pools or openings. Imbalance in the chakra means that they are whirling at different speeds and hence blocking the flow of energy. For a healthy body the chakras have to rotate at the same speed to allow for the continuous flow of energy.

The solar plexus, located near the ribs on the chest controls the pancreas, liver, stomach and all the major organs including the heart while acting responsible for stress related problems too. A disturbed solar plexus affects health since it is mid way of the whole body and effectively blocks energy when out of sync. When sick, the outer thick blanket of aura changes color and becomes a looming gray when in a physical or emotional diseases.

Symptoms may be indigestion or dysentery but if left untreated it may grow into a stomach ulceration which is the loss of stomach's protective lining. A weak is vulnerable to every infection and illness unless the chakras are activated to heal the body and refill the energy reservoirs which are weak, or out of sync due to illness and disease. Yogic breathing called pranayama enables the practitioner of pranic healing to absorb in tremendous amount of prana or life energy from the surroundings, and project it into a metaphysical life force.
